Branding expert Jaci Russo says time is very important when it comes to responding to online backlash no matter what it is. We have seen in the last week how Cracker Barrel has been slammed after firing a veteran employee. We don't even know why she was fired, but social media feels for "Brad's Wife" and now the story is everywhere. Still after so many days, why hasn't the company responded. There is still no official response in this instance. Their social media pages are still posting "auto-post" pictures of the restaurant's pancakes almost predictably.
