Update: Car Crashes Into Lafayette Daycare

Lafayette Police Department and Lafayette Fire Department officials are currently on the scene of a crash with injuries at Sugar N' Spice Daycare on Beadle Road.

Lafayette Police spokesperson Karl Ratcliff said three children and one adult have been transported to area hospitals for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.

Ratcliff said a driver accidentally crashed into the daycare building while they were approaching the entrance to pick up a child.
