Breaux Bridge Man Arrested On Several Charges

St. Martin Parish Deputies executed a search warrant this morning at a home on Nursery Highway and arrested 29 year old Kyle Jean Batiste of Breaux Bridge. Arresting officers found a significant amount of illegal drugs and a handgun. Batiste was charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana and synthetic marijuana, possession of a firearm by a felon, possession of a firearm in the presence of drugs and possession of a stolen vehicle. Batiste was booked into the St. Martin Parish Correctional Center.
