Breaux Bridge Woman Arrested In Death Of Boyfriend

39-year-old Chanda Moss has been charged with Second Degree Murder after her 38-year-old boyfriend was found dead early Sunday morning.

Major Ginny Higgins with the St. Martin Parish Sheriff's Office says they got a 911 call around 3:00 a.m. Sunday concerning a disturbance. Higgins says when deputies got on the scene they found the victim, who has yet to be identified, dead from a stab wound.

Higgins says Moss was arrested at the scene and now sits in the St. Martin Parish Correctional Center on a $500,000.00 bond.
