A man wanted for years by the FBI was finally captured in California this week.

FBI agents found 800-thousand dollars in cash and weapons in fugitive Boston mobster James "Whitey" Bulger's Santa Monica, California apartment Wednesday night.  The 81-year-old Bulger, wanted on various charges including his role in 19 murders, and his 60-year-old girlfriend, were arrested after being on the run since 1995.  They had been living in the same rent-controlled apartment for 15 years.  Court documents indicate the pair initially spent time on New York's Long Island and Grand Isle, Louisiana, before settling in California.
