Andrea Arceneaux may not seem like your average queen. She doesn't require a handful of servants or floor-length ball gowns every day, but she is an everyday hero to the kids she helps keep safe. Arceneaux drives a school bus for special needs students in St. Tammany Parish. She is also the 31st queen of the Krewe of Eve in Mandeville.
