UPDATE: Bus Struck By Car In Front Of Lafayette High, 1 Student Injured

UPDATE:

Lafayette Police spokesman Cpl. Paul Mouton tells KATC that a student was taken to a local hospital with very minor injuries.

Original story:

Traffic is backed up on Congress after a small car struck the rear of a school bus earlier this afternoon near Lafayette High School.

KATC reports that the students on the bus were David Thibodaux STEM Magnet Academy students being transported to LHS.

There is no word on any injuries at this time.
