Six-year-old Lederion Miller, who was killed after being dragged by his school bus, was laid to rest Friday. Hundreds packed St. Joseph's Catholic Church today for the Funeral Service. Among the crowd--Lafayette Parish school System officials. Lederion, a Milton Elementary School student, was killed Monday.

Meanwhile, Lafayette Parish Sheriff's officials say "they" will not pursue any Criminal charges against the Lafayette Parish man who drove the school bus that dragged six -year-old Lederion Miller to his death Monday. Lt. Craig Stansbury tells KPEL News investigators found no criminal wrong-doing---and that the incident was a very tragic accident. Harold Thibeau, the driver, passed all toxology tests.
