Louisiana's Ragin' Cajun football team returns to the gridiron on Saturday afternoon, when they play host to the South Alabama Jaguars, in Sun Belt Conference action at Cajun Field, in their 2012 home finale.

Louisiana became bowl eligible last Saturday, by capturing a come-from-behind, 31-27, win over Western Kentucky, moving the Cajuns to 6-4 overall, and 4-2 in Sun Belt Conference play, while South Alabama fell to Middle Tennessee, 20-12, last week, dropping the Jaguars to 2-9 overall, and 1-6 in league play.

The Cajuns rank fourth in the conference, offensively, averaging 433.3 yards-per-game, while the Jaguars rank ninth, at 341.3 yards a contest.

Defensively, Louisiana ranks eighth in the league, giving up 419.2 yards-per-game, while South Alabama ranks second, allowing only 366.4 yards a match-up.

The Cajuns are led by sophomore quarterback Terrance Broadway, who has thrown for 2,053 yards, and 13 touchdowns this year, while sophomore running back Demetre Baker paces the Jaguars, with 595 rushing yards, along with three touchdowns.

Kick-off time is set for 4:05 pm.
