Louisiana Ragin' Cajun senior forward Shawn Long has been named to the 2015 Lou Henson Award preseason watch list.

The Lou Henson Award is given to the best mid-major college basketball player in the country at the end of the season. Long is 1 of 30 players on the list.

Last season, Long averaged a double-double of 16.4 points and 10.2 rebounds, earning Lou Henson All-American honors, first team All-Sun Belt and All-Louisiana honors.
