Two nationally ranked teams from the state of Louisiana square off tonight at Alex Box Stadium in Baton Rouge as the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns take on the LSU Tigers in Baton Rouge.

Game time is scheduled for 6:30

The Cajuns (7-1) are ranked 10th by Baseball America and 13th by Collegiate Baseball.  Baseball America has the Tigers at #7, while Collegiate Baseball ranks the Tigers #1.

LSU (7-0) has won the last three meetings between the two schools, including a 5-1 win in the NCAA Baton Rouge regional back in June.

LSU will start left hander Cody Glenn (1-0, 1.50 ERA) against the Cajuns.  Glenn has a victory over Southeastern Louisiana last week and pitched a two hit shutout against the Cajuns last season at M. L. "Tigue" Moore Field.

The Cajuns will counter with right handed pitcher Greg Milhorn (1-0, 0.00 ERA) who has allowed just two hits in 7.1 innings of work.

This is the only scheduled meeting between the two clubs in 2014.
