Calcasieu Parish Man Faces Rape Charges

A Calcasieu Parish man already in jail since February on second degree murder charges now is accused of raping a 13-year-old girl. Police say 26-year-old John W. Billiot forcefully raped the girl twice from November 1st of last year and January 31st of this year. Police say he also tattooed his name on her right calf and her mother's name on her left calf. Billiot is now charged with two counts of forcible rape.
