Another round of forums for Lafayette Parish School Board candidates will be held this week.

Each of the forums is free and open to the public.

The forums are being organized by the League of Women Voters.

Tonight's forum begins at 6 p.m. and the candidates that will be there are candidates for the School Board in Districts 2, 3 and 4.

Wednesday night's forum will be with candidates from districts one and five, and it will be held at the South Regional Library on Johnston Street.  It will also start at 6 p.m.

Candidates in Districts 6 and 7 will be part of forum at 6 o'clock Thursday night at the Daily Advertiser Meeting Room at 1100 Bertrand Drive.

The candidates for the final two districts, districts 8 and 9, will participate in a forum on Monday, October 13th at the South Regional Library at 6101 Johnston Street.

The League of Women Voters' school board candidate forums, while open to the public, do not allow for audience questions.

Questions are pre-planned, and those questions have not been given to the candidates ahead of their forum.
