It was the heat that killed a three-year-old New Orleans boy who was accidentally left locked in a car for about eight hours Wednesday.  The child, Winston Hayes Jr., died of hyperthermia, according to an autopsy that was completed yesterday.  Police charged 23-year-old Genee Brumfield, a friend of the boy's mom, with negligent homicide.
