Man Accused Of Using Christmas Card To Intimidate Witnesses

35-year-old Johnny W. Hamilton of Carencro is in more trouble with the law after he allegedly used Christmas to spread around anything but holiday cheer!

Hamilton, already in jail for allegedly attacking a woman with a brick on September 4th, is accused of sending a Christmas card containing threats to two witnesses in the battery case, according to our news partners at KATC. Prosecutor Daniel Landry III says Hamilton threatened to harm them when he was released from jail.

Hamilton now faces two public intimidation charges. He goes to trial on March 23 in the battery case.
