Carencro Man Arrested In Alleged Incest And Pornography Case

35-year-old Wayne Demond Dixon of Carencro is now in the Lafayette Parish Correctional Center after years of allegedly sexually assaulting his teenage relative by intimidating her for over three years.

Captain Kip Judice with the Lafayette Parish Sheriff's Office says the investigation began when the child's mother intercepted an email containing inappropriate photographs of the juvenile to Dixon on or about January 30, 2014. Capt. Judice says there is sufficient evidence in this case. He also says Dixon enticed the child to send nude photos of her to him through email and text messages.

Dixon faces one count of Aggravated Incest and one count of Pornography Involving Juveniles. He's in the parish jail on a $150,000.00 bond.
