Carencro Woman Accused Of Defrauding Employer

A Carencro woman and two others are accused of defrauding the business for which they worked of more than $25,000 between 2006 and 2011.

Lafayette Police said Rebecca Reynolds is charged with identity fraud and computer fraud in connection with a 2009 incident.

Police said Reynolds intentionally changed on a secured workplace served the personal information of a coworker, including the home address and social security number.

Police said Reynolds allegedly issued to another person a check for $154. That person would then cash the check.

Reynolds is out on on a $30,000 bond.
