Parents of band students at Cecilia Junior High and Highs schools feel they're getting the runaround from St. Martin parish school board members. They'll make their displeasure known at tonight's board meeting. Parents say a second band director is needed. They also feel it is unfair the band is effectively being downsized and say with current attrition levels, Cecilia High may not have a band in as little as three years. School Board superintendent Richard Lavergne could  not be reached for comment.
