LOS ANGELES (AP) — The interim CEO of the Los Angeles Clippers is set to testify today at the Los Angeles trial to determine whether the sale of the team to former Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer can go through.

CEO Richard Parsons will be called as a witness to support Shelly Sterling's bid to sell the team.

Her estranged husband, Donald Sterling, is resisting the sale. Donald Sterling was banned from the NBA for life after making racist recorded statements.
