Today Chef Pat Mould brought a guest as he visited on 'Mornings With Ken and Bernie' to promote Festivals Acadiens et Creoles.  Chef Mould brought Todd Mouton, Marketing Director of Louisiana Folk Roots to promote 'Musical Chefs', an event where famous Cajun musicians pair with famous Cajun chefs to prepare a Cajun dish while entertaining with great Cajun music.

This Saturday, September 22, 2012 Chef Pat Mould will be pairing up with Roddie Romero to prepare a shrimp and potato fricassee with poached eggs.  Tomorrow's event will be held at Vermilionville from 10am until 2pm.  Chef Mould said,

"The cost is only $20 and includes the meal, great music and full access to the attractions at Vermilionville."
