Festivals Acadiens et Creoles is set for October 12th, 13th and 14th and Chef Pat Mould visited 'Mornings With Ken and Bernie' to discuss the event and fundraising efforts.  Chef Mould says this year's Festival Acadiens et Creoles will be the kick-off event for the Louisiana Bi-Centennial celebration.

Chef Mould said,

"Since 1972 the Festival Acadiens et Creoles has grown to a full three day event yet still remains a free festival with the help of sponsors such as this year's presenting sponsor, Capitol One Bank.  Festivals Acadiens has something for everyone including young and old.  In addition to great non-stop music the Festival includes Cajun crafts, Louisiana Folk Roots and the Bayou Food Festival."
