Chef Ryan Andre joined the Lafayette Food Junkie Tiffiany Decou via phone to discuss the upcoming Boudin Bourbon and Beer event happening Nov 4th in New Orleans. Chef Ryan is the Executive Chef of the City Pork and his boudin creation will have a Korean influence.

Boudin Bourbon and Beer raised over 3 million dollars last year for the Emeril Legasse Foundation, a charity started by Chef Emeril Legasse and his wife that allows opputunities for at risk youth to reach their full potential by teaching them culinary and life skills.

The event is in it's sixth year and this year over 60 Chefs from around the U.S. will give their interpretation of Boudin. The event also features live music and beer provided by Abita as well as Bourbon provided by Buffalo Trace. Tickets are still avalaible for purchase through Ticketmaster.
