The City of Youngsville posted an update on their Facebook page this morning, alerting the public to new detours.

From the City of Youngsville:

The traffic patterns will be changing at the intersection of East Milton and Chemin Metairie in Youngsville. Starting on Tuesday, August 5, 2014, the northern half of the round-a-bout will be reopened and the southern half will be closed for construction. Thus, traffic traveling from east to west will be allowed to proceed through the round-a-bout, while the traffic traveling from west to east will not be available. We regret any inconveniences, but this construction must be completed. The new traffic pattern is expected to last for 6-8 weeks, depending upon the weather. We ask that everyone observe the detour signs and barricades, and drive carefully, especially around this construction site.

In other words, if you are coming from Bonin Road, you WILL be able to proceed on Hwy 92 all the way through the roundabout, and have access to Chemin Metairie, headed toward Fortune Road.  You will NOT be able to access Chemin Metairie southbound, headed toward Highway 90.

If you are coming from the roundabout at Highways 92 and 339, you will NOT be able to enter the roundabout at all.

The City of Youngsville appreciates your patience, and asks that you please adjust your route accordingly.
