Deadbeat parents who are behind on child support who win at the casino may not win as much as they thought. The new program that intercepts casino winnings from parents who owe child support is already working after being in effect for only a few days. A parent who owed over $9000 in child support had nearly $2000 in winnings confiscated recently. Trey Williams, with the Department of Children and Family services says that seeing results this quick will prove that this law will work.
