I underwent "cupping therapy" this morning on the show and it was what I expected.

We have seen the marks on athletes like Michael Phelps and others in the Olympics, now I wanted to see what it was all about. And no, it doesn't hurt that much. But, it does have a nice "pull" to it.

This form of therapy is used when someone is battling chronic pain in the shoulders or back region. Cupping allows blood flow into the injured region of the body, thus speeding up the recovery process.

While the marks may look bad, the pain isn't that bad. The suction is intense, but it's tolerable.

I can say that I took one for the team this morning. Now, let's see how long these marks will stay on my body!!!

Let me take the time to thank Dr. Kevin from the Bryant Wellness Institute for this cupping therapy. If in need, contactthem!!!
