City Work To Close 2 Lafayette Roads Over Next 2 Days

The Public Works Department says a couple of projects will cause a couple of road closures on Thursday and Friday.

• Stelly Road between LA 1252 and Rue Carnot: Closed from 7 AM Thursday until 5 PM Friday. Workers will be installing drainage culverts across the roadway.
• 100 block of Westchester Drive: Closed from 8:30 AM until 5 PM Thursday. Workers will be placing a crane within the roadway to perform a tree removal.

There will be detour routes provided and local access will be maintained.
