Communities Outside Morgan City Bracing For Record Setting Flooding

Unprotected communities including the town of Stephensville and Melville outside Morgan City are bracing for record setting flood levels.  Morgan City Mayor Tim Matte says he expects the nine food crest to hit this weekend and an eleven foot crest by Wednesday.
