Concealed Weapons Bill Fails

A measure that would allowed for concealed weapon to be carried on campus at colleges and universities failed in the Louisiana Legislature this week.   On "Mornings With Ken & Bernie" law enforcement official Frank Ellis spoke with the show hosts about what current law allows or does not allow with concealed weapons.

Ellis was given several scenarios about carrying for him to tell listeners whether it is considered concealed or not.  He also gave his own opinion, as a father, as to whether or not he would want his child to carry a gun, whether it was concealed or not.
