I got the chance to hang out with the Lafayette Food Junkie, Tiffiany Decou, on this week’s show. She educated me about the similarities between Irish and Cajun cuisine and we had a lighthearted conversation about food.

Tiffiany sat down with Chef Jeremy Connor with Cellar Salt and Stephen Verret, owner of Olympic Grove Beer Garden, to discuss the Board of Health codes and policies being difficult to understand and how outdated they are with today's trends (their opinions).
