WASHINGTON (AP) — Under the new health care law, members of Congress have until this week to decide who on their staff can stay on federal health insurance and who has to sign up with one of the Affordable Care Act's exchanges.

House Speaker John Boehner and all four Senate GOP leaders have put their entire staffs into the exchanges.

Many Democrats are keeping leadership and committee aides on federal insurance.
