Congressman Boustany Says IRS Facing Healthcare Nightmare

7th District Congressman Charles Boustany joined 'Mornings With Ken and Bernie' today by phone from Washington today to discuss a number of topics.  According to Boustany the Government Budget Office estimates 80 million man hours per year will be needed to fully implement Obamacare.

Congressman Boustany said,

"This is the largest expansion of tax complexity in a very large number of years at a time when we're all talking about trying to simplify the tax code.  This is a real problem that will add problems with regard to the tax gap.  What projected revenues should be based on tax law and what it really is because of tax fraud and abuse and lack of knowledge on how the tax code works."

Boustany also discussed:

• The 9/11 commemoration at the capitol
• Passage of this year's farm bill
• Finalizing a budget for the coming fiscal year
