Louisiana 6th District Congressman Bill Cassidy joined 'Mornings With Ken & Bernie' today to discuss healthcare.  Being Cassidy is a physician who works in the Louisiana Charity Hospital in Baton Rouge he brings a rather unique view on President Obama's healthcare plan.

Within the next two weeks the US Supreme Court is expected to rule on the constitutionality of the recently passed healthcare bill.

According to Cassidy, "Whenever Medicaid is expanded, whenever the federal government tries to give more people Medicaid the lines at the hospital of the uninsured grow longer.  That's because when the government gives everybody Medicaid they don't pay the doctors their cost to see the patient.  They just take the money that's out there and spread it around."

Congressman Cassidy went on to say when the federal government spreads those limited dollars around you actually decrease access to physicians.
