Congressman Jeff Landry Strongly Opposed CISPA – Region 6 EPA Official

On "Mornings With Ken & Bernie" today Congressman Jeff Landry explained his opposition to CISPA which is the "Cyber Intelligence Sharing and Protection Act".  Landry said,

"basically what the government has done is say 'we enjoy, as the government our privacy  but we want to comprise the privacy of Americans".

The Congressman said "you know it's a bad bill when the promoters of the bill say 'you just don't understand".

Last week Congressman Landry introduced a House resolution calling for the resignation Region 6 EPA Administrator Al Armendariz over 2010 comments comparing enforcement of clean-air laws to crucifixion. Since then Armendariz has resigned.  Landry said comments such as these by an EPA official proves "this Administration is blatantly against the fossil fuel industry and they will stop at nothing to insure that American's will pay the highest possible price at the gas pump".
