WASHINGTON, DC – Thursday (March 3rd), the U.S. House Committee on Natural Resources will receive testimony from the Honorable Ken Salazar regarding the Department of Interior.  As an influential member of this Committee and the House’s leading proponent of domestic offshore drilling, Congressman Jeff Landry (Republican, Coastal Louisiana) will be in attendance and drill Secretary Salazar.

 
Congressman Landry is expected to heavily scrutinize the permitting process for deepwater and shallow water drilling and the President’s unconstitutional de facto moratorium.
