Conn. Ticket Wins Powerball

BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) — The Louisiana Lottery Corp. reports that nobody won the major jackpots in the Louisiana Lotto but a ticket sold in Connecticut for the multistate Powerball game Saturday evening matched all six numbers drawn.

Wednesday's jackpots rise to an estimated $270,000 for Easy 5, $1.5 million for Lotto and $40 million for the multistate Powerball game, according to the Louisiana Lottery Corp.
