Construction Project Beginning At St. Landry Parish Line Starts Thursday

Beginning Thursday, April 5, DOTD workers will start a 5.9 miles long road base rehabilitation construction project that will begin on LA 105 from the St. Landry Parish Line to the intersection of LA 1183 in Avoyelles Parish.

There will be NO wide loads allowed, but the roadway will be open to traffic at all times. That will result in lane closures. Also, there will be parts of the roadway that will be unpaved during the project.

An ending date has not yet been given on this project.
