Contraceptive Mandate Starts Today

The mandate that was discussed months ago has come into effect today.  That mandate, which was a part of Obamacare, forces private employers to provide contraceptive care with no co-pay to those that want it.

Religious institutions have been given a reprieve for a year so they can come up with a compromise with the Obama Administration.  Otherwise, private employers have been forced to provide this form of care.
