Cook On Failed BP Oil Rig Settles Injury Claims
One of the workers involved in the BP Oil Spill has settled her personal injury claims against the oil giant.
Oleander Benton served as a cook on the oil rig that exploded in April of 2010. Her lawyer wouldn't disclose the terms of the settlement, but says the money will come from a $20 billion compensation fund set up by BP.
