Louisiana hunters may soon be able to choose between pink and orange when they enter into the woods.

Under state law, hunters in Louisiana must wear "hunter orange" when they enter into a wooded area, but on Wednesday, the Louisiana House voted 95-5 to add the color "pink" as an alternative to "hunter orange."

Some states have already moved forward with the color pink and have allowed their hunters to wear it in wooded areas.

One state representative says that by allowing hunters to substitute orange with pink, this may encourage more women to hunt.

The debate will now go to the Senate for further discussion. What do you think about this? Should Louisiana consider allowing hunters to wear pink in the woods? Tell us below.
