Council On Charter Extension [Audio]

KPEL news has learned a handful of City Parish Council members are expected to vote against giving the Charter Commission more time.

Jay Castille tells KPEL he's one of those council members.  Meanwhile, councilman Don Bertrand who supports a multiple proposition ballot tells KPEL he will vote in favor of that extension request.  Bertrand says, "if this important decision requires more time we should give it to them."
