Councilman Apologizing Over Racy Photo

Shades of Anthony Weiner. A Kenner city councilman is apologizing
for sending a racy photo of himself to a woman over a year ago.
Councilman Joe Stagni made the admission after the image mistakenly
turned up on a Kenner city computer server. Stagni also admitted to
being involved in an inappropriate relationship with the woman he
sent the photo to. He says the affair ended in 2009.
