Cows Killed In Baton Rouge Morning Crash

Escaped cows cause quite a commotion this morning. About 70 cows wondered away from a cow pasture run by the LSU AgCenter. In the fog and misty rain on Highway 30 just south of LSU, two 18-wheelers crashed into them, killing 17 of them. St. Gabriel Police Chief Kevin Ambeau says the whole incident caused a huge mess.

Ambeau says one of the drivers suffered only minor injuries.
