HRABOVE, Ukraine (AP) — International monitors say they're being hampered by heavily armed rebels at the site of the Malaysia Airlines crash in eastern Ukraine. The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe says a 24-member delegation was given further access to the eight-square-mile crash site today but their movements are being limited.

Dozens of bodies still lie in bags by the side of the road baking in the heat. Ukraine says militiamen have taken 38 bodies away to the rebel-held city of Donetsk (dah-NETSK').
