Crawfish Season Picking Up

Mudbug time is still coming.The crawfish season may have started slowly this year, but things look to be picking up. LSU Ag Center Aquaculture specialist Robert Romaire says the catch is starting to pick up as the demand rises.

Saltwater intrusion and drought have made this season difficult for harvesters.
