Crayola has a marker recycling program called Crayola ColorCycle, and it's helping keep waste out of landfills.

Schools can sign up to be marker collection points and people can have their kids take the used markers to the school to be recycled. Crayola will send shipping labels to the schools to ship the used markers so that there is no cost to the school!

This program is available to schools across the country and, as you can see in the post above, even Hawaii. There are schools in Lafayette participating in the Crayola Colorcycle program.

Imagine how much less space we'd need for landfills if every company offered this type of recycling service; wouldn't that be wonderful?
