Two men wanted in connection with a homicide on Ninth Street a week ago were arrested by Oklahoma City area police after a tip was made through Lafayette Crime Stoppers.

Lafayette Police say surveillance footage showed Fernandez Graham of Lafayette as being the person responsible for shooting 20-year-old Tyler Etienne to death. They say Delmont Howard is the person who drove Graham to the location of the shooting, and then Howard helped him get away.

Early this morning Lafayette Police found out that the two men were arrested on their outstanding warrants. Graham was arrested on a charge of second degree murder while Howard was arrested on a charge of principle to second degree murder.
