Crony Capitalism: Afternoon Drive Home

Michele Bachmann refers to Texas Governor Rick Perry's HPV decision as head of the state as Perrycare in a new video.  She accuses him of crony capitalism and there may be something here that takes in more than just the Texas Governor.  We've heard a lot about donations to the White House in exchange for federal loans to now defunct solar energy firms.  Is this issue going to get traction or is Michele Bachmann just making noise?
