Crowley Man Facing Fifth DWI

An update to a story KPEL brought you last week. The man who lead police in a pursuit which ended in a fatal crash is facing his fifth DWI offense. Crowley Police say Joshua Jackson has been convicted on two of those charges, so technically speaking, he's facing a charge of DWI third offense. Chief K.P. Gibson says if Jackson is convicted on the earlier charges, he will then be charged with fifth offense DWI.
