Crowley Police Arrest Second Murder Suspect

Crowley Police arrested the second person wanted in connection with the murder of Perry Davis III on West 7th Street near North Avenue A in Crowley.

Denzel McIntyre was arrested Saturday evening at a home at 715 South Avenue North in Crowley, and 18-year-old Sharonda McZeal was arrested for obstruction of justice in relation to the case.

Crowley Police Chief K.P. Gibson says McZeal was charged as she was directly involved in aiding a known wanted fugitive.

Last week, U.S. Marshals along with Crowley Police arrested 21-year-old Patrick Moore for the April 5th murder of Davis.

Davis was shot to death on West 7th Street near North Avenue A.
