Two former Fenton Elementary School employees in Jennings were investigated after allegations of misconduct.  The results of the investigation has been turned over now to the district attorney's office.

The investigation was started to check into allegations of inappropriate behavior about sexual contact and distribution of alcohol between two former employees and students at someone's home. The incident is said to have involved older students from another school in the parish.

School Superintendent Brian Lejeune says the allegations stem from a situation that allegedly happened off campus, during summer break.

The district attorney, Michael Cassidy, says his office has a copy of the report, and they are reviewing the findings.

According to officials at Fention Elementary School, the the teacher and secretary allegedly involved in the incident have both resigned.
